-Culture is not diverse and only promotes/recognizes people like the executive suite -Healthy debate, supposedly a core value, is actually how a lot of managers decide who they like and don't like. More debate=less promotion. -Completely removed the option of pay raises. COLA percentages unreasonable considering nature of economy. -After 2 rounds of layoffs in less than 6 months, it became evident that revenue is being "fluffed" or incorrect information is being relayed to actual employees, -Exceptional performance is not rewarded, and poor performance is not reprimanded. -Communication at every level is severely lacking, and usually takes place well after the fact. -Business practices are extremely skewed including manipulation in contract terms and enforcement, continued attempts to monopolize the market, and lack of internal controls across various departments.

The rotating door of senior leadership makes for zero stability in processes/expectations since with each new hire comes a wave of sweeping changes by the new VP/director/etc. A few years ago things were at least taking a progressive approach, but then the company decided to hire a third party consulting firm to “reorganize” the engineering department, the outcome of which was layoff after layoff after layoff. And even amongst those who remain there’s only empty promises of promotions or deteriorating team cultures ahead of them at a salary that’s below market rate. I once would recommend this company to my friends, but now I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemies.
