Working directly with sales is rough they are under horrible pressure to close business that the clients are being pushed to purchase when they need more time. It’s leading to challenges for everyone. New VP gives poor advice on client management without ever actually speaking to one. Clients are not happy with rotating door of staff. Relias is falling fast and needs someone who actually cares about the customers and the mental health of their employees.

The tech is out dated
