After working for the company for more than five years, on the first day I returned from maternity/paternity leave, I received an email telling me to call my manager. I called my manager and was very casually told that I was being laid off. "Don't take it personal, it all comes down to company EBITDA goals and we have to make cuts across the board." My manager didn't even care to come in to the office to break the news in person. The company that was once known throughout Raleigh-Durham as a great place to work is dead. If you are reading a recent review that's positive, you're reading the review of someone who has been asked by their manager(s) to write a positive review (yes, that's happening) and is too drunk on the corporate kool-aid to ignore the request.

Sales Execs are payed 50% below market average, leadership knows this and says this is made up with the commission structure which couldn't be farther from the truth. If you want to be treated like a child then this is the place for you! Room for advancement is non-existent. Say there is a pay increase after 2 successful quarters...that is a lie.
