Pros

Relias is a growing company, with really great people that are fun to work alongside. Particularly for younger employees, there are opportunities for high performers to advance and take on new challenges and roles. The management team is serious about building a positive culture, and has taken steps to put in place many worker-friendly policies. The company is continuing its significant year on year growth, and will be an exciting place to work over the next few years.

Cons

Like any growing company that is running fast, there are times when not everything is perfectly aligned. That's the reality at most growing growing businesses.

Pros

Strong, strong culture. High-performance environment, with ever-increasing people development opportunities. The culture is based around Lencioni's "The Advantage", and it seems to work very well. Lots of pleasant, kind people, lots of mutual respect, transparency, and a genuinely worthwhile company mission to help others.

Cons

None apparent yet. Soap dispensers in the rest rooms could be better. If that's all you have to worry about.....

We consistently hear in employee surveys that the people at Relias is one of the strongest selling points to working here.
