medical IT is good to have on your resume. ok benefits. 6% matching 401k after 1st yr.

Cons

constant change in accounts, territories, products etc. it's nauseating! management drives reps into the ground. goals impossible to meet. you'll NEVER work 40 hours...always 50-60. fast-paced. tons of politics. ego-maniac managers who do little to support staff. very high turnover (40-50%!). senior leadership just had major shift. pay is much below industry standard. commission plans change. no incentive to stick around. i was hired with a base salary. after 1st month they changed 50% of my base to activity-based comp. who does that?! very deceptive. customers get raked with crazy annual rate increases, 8-12%.

Thanks for your review and hopefully you were able to build up your resume while you were with us. Unfortunately, we seem to have a disconnect on some of the numbers you listed. We don't have many employees working that many hours on a regular basis and the company turnover is much lower than indicated. We also don't have any sales employees who are at risk of 50% of their base salary based on activity. We do appreciate your review and the time you spent with us. Nice work space great people to work with lots of fun

Cons

poor salaries no development hire young kids to keep salaries low dont promote from within 30% + turnover rate dont hold true to their word not the company it was before they got too big for their britches
