Pros

Great people, good product, good benefits - many benefits focus on a good work/life balance. Expansion through growth and acquisition possibilities. Like to see people grow and succeed and recognize that well.

Cons

Lack of passion at all levels in the company, little accountability, unclear expectations and goals, poor interdepartmental communication. Rate of growth is declining. Budgets are really low - lofty expectations but a lack of resources to accomplish them. Other reviews cover other issues well.

Great environment, relaxed culture. Open door policy. Plenty of advancement opportunities and recognition from leadership team. Fun company events. High personal expectations and performance.

Cons

Growing pains for a once-small company.

Thanks for taking the time to write a review! We appreciate that. You mentioned a lot of the great benefits of working at Relias including the fun company events. Our "Spring into Summer" field day was a big hit this year along with our college football kickoff tailgate, the rock/paper/scissors tournament, and hopefully some great festivities around Halloween. We can certainly understand the growing pains going from a small company to a more established company. It's not the right environment for everyone but it does provide a ton of growth opportunities for those that are working hard and doing well. Thanks again for your review!

Pros

Amazing coworkers, great product, lots of opportunities for growth for hard workers. This company does a great job of noticing star performers and rewarding them with exciting opportunities for career advancement and growth that you would not get at a lot of other companies.

Cons

Communication between departments can be a bit lacking at times, which can lead to some operational deficiencies-- hopefully this will be corrected by hiring a COO.
