Great opportunity for younger employees who want to work in a high-growth industry

Pros

High-growth industry. Smart and fun employees. Lots of good leadership. Great opportunities for lateral movement in the organization. For a young person, it offers more opportunities than most companies.

Cons

Lack of organization and operational execution. Some tasks/projects seem to fall through the cracks, bounce between departments, or not get done. The actual culture doesn't quite fit the culture that ELT thinks exists (though it's by no means a bad culture). Lower pay than industry standards. Like any company, has it's lazy employees and uninspiring leaders.

-Great coworkers (excluding management) -Great first job out of college to build your resume -The work days end eventually

Cons

-Don't expect to be promoted or have any movement upwards inside the company -Low salary compared to industry average -Horrible management -VERY high turnover. Everyone is seen as replaceable and treated as such. -Performance is never good enough
