      Not bad, but could be better

      Pros

      Office is open, and easy to reach other people. time-off is easy to request dependent on your department. there are opportunities for personal growth but might be difficult to get them to pay for it.

      Cons

      Many of the salaries are far below market value. Training has gotten better and there is an emphasis on on-boarding new hires.

      A young office culture, great work-life balance (but hard workers) and an overall positive work environment

      Cons

      Roadblocks to advancement (outside hiring instead of internal hires who are a great fit). Salaries are not competitive with the industry.
