- Great co-Workers devoted to a strong work ethic and work well with others. - A youthful and energentic atmosphere - Great IT support and a flexible digital workspace for working from home - A strong product that has a significant social benefit.

Cons

- All workers outside of interns are labelled non-exempt and have no Overtime. - Workers are routinely driven by management to work large amounts of unpaid time. - Workers are not included on any strategic planning or decision making, even when involving processes that they manage or are directly involved with. - No interest is given to worker advancement or family life.

Good Benefits, great co-workers, nice location

Cons

Little room for advancement, Management is over compensated and care very little about the customers or the employees, company moral is lower by the day, they hire lots of young, inexperienced people so that they can pay a very low salary. Typical Vista Equity company.
