      Decent benefits, paid time off.

      Cons

      Fast growing company with little leadership. High turnover, lots of new grads in entry positions who are hard working with little real-world experience.No matter how hard you work and prove yourself, unless you befriend and go drinking with the entry level "managers" on business trips and conferences, your chances of growing within the company are zero to slim. It's all about who you know and who you schmooze to...

      -Great coworkers -Company values and product are excellent -Good snacks

      Cons

      -Management often unwilling to listen to employees -Talks the talk of great communication strategies, does not actually walk the walk internally. -Owned by a portfolio company with sometimes odd priorities -Expanding very fast- snapback will come soon. -Turnover is very high, and former employees tend to disappear without comment.

      Pros

      Great work environment. Leadership encourages involvement, feedback and even healthy debate. Work hard here and it will pay off. Since it is a company in high growth mode, it's a good time to get started with the company and work your way up. Opportunities will arise with a company that is growing like this one is. The atmosphere is what you would expect from a software company. A younger crowd, with very brilliant leadership. This comes together to form quite a fun environment. From volunteer days, to ping-pong in the office. This is a great place to be. Hard work leads to success and a lot of fun! In sales - It's what to be expected. There are roller coasters and stress, but it's a great product and everyone who sees what Relias has to offer will want it. If you've got experience in sales and are a dedicated worker, you can be successful here. The training program is lengthy, but good (they can teach you the skills you need if you have no experience). They teach you everything you'll need to know. It's an exciting time to be on this team!

      Cons

      It is a fast growing company, so there are growing pains. If you've ever worked for a firm that was the product of mergers/acquisitions brought together by a private equity firm, then you won't be surprised by this.
