Good people across all departments that adhere to the "work hard, play hard" mantra. Thoroughly enjoy working with everyone I have worked with here at Relias. Believe in and like the interaction we all have with our Executive Team. I enjoy the balance of teamwork and competitiveness in achieving our company goals.

Bringing together different customer bases from acquired companies and clearing up confusion.

Pros

Relias has a great culture in the office that allows for a laid back atmosphere, but still fosters hard work and initiative. I have been working at Relias for almost a year and would also say a Pro of Relias is the people! All of my coworkers are great, and the management team does a great job of creating a positive atmosphere for us to work within. Also, there are plenty of career opportunities for me to grow in Relias both as an individual and an employee.

Cons

Relias is growing so fast that office space is at a premium which sometimes makes it hard to get work done.

Great room for growth, awesome exposure to exec team, fun office environment, we GIVE BACK to the community through Special Olympics. Managers challenge and support teams and are always willing to help and explain. Hard work is rewarded

Cons

typical challenges of a fast growing company, not enough experience to go around, learn by failing, having to pave our own trail. but I see that as a positive, get to make a name for yourself.
