Pros

- really smart, brilliant, hard-working coworkers who are humble and eager to learn. completely trust my colleagues to get the job done but very low ego which is awesome. - real, proven product solving a real, important need - clear market fit with a great growth trajectory - fixing government challenges while working at a startup! great traditions and quirky activities. - great attitude of accessing experts and best practices for things we don't know - the nicest customers. seriously the best.

Cons

- as any startup goes, responsibilities/scope of work can shift or be unpredictable. we're still figuring out the roles and what exactly goes into our targets, so it's not all figured out yet - market is more finite, so need to treat each prospect with more care. not a spray and pray type of business.

Pros

Great team of very intelligent, egoless, and passionate people. Very mission-driven. There is a lot of empathy (internally throughout the team and externally with the customers). Everyone is very honest and open to giving and receiving feedback.

Cons

It's a very fast-growing company, so there is a lot of work that needs to be done and requires more time and effort. Not your regular 9-5 kind of job.
