Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We wish we were impervious to changing market conditions, but the reality is that Remote is subject to the same economic headwinds as every other tech company. The decision to restructure the business was not one we took lightly and we did everything possible to ensure that everyone affected was taken care of. Although this situation necessitated a level of privacy, we highly value transparency even in tough situations and will indeed keep trying to do better.

Pros

Remote has an incredible culture, people there really care for others. Kindness is one of the company values and you can feel that everywhere in Remote. Benefits are very generous and even though we work remotely you always feel like part of the family.

Cons

It is growing extremely fast and some processes need tweaking, but in general nothing negative to say.
