Remote work, decent salaries and benefits, extra sales incentives, company paid trips

Cons

Revolving door of talent, don't expect to last long in this company. They treat all salespeople like expendable assets and wouldn't think twice before firing someone. The extra sales incentives are just used as a pathetic excuse and cover up for the incompetence in leadership and their ever growing greed for profit to IPO. Management does not listen to rank and file employees. Feedback is encouraged internally but always ignored or shot down

The company has their own values and each of them follows it which is excellent. Salary range is at the higher range when compared to other companies in market. Work life balance.

Cons

If you are not used to working as an IC then probably you might face difficulties in adapting to Remote culture.
