everything else, horrible management, confusing commission structure that's constantly changing, zero support from higher ups. extremely hard to get time off since it's just 2 people in the studio. hours of business constantly changing. they pit people against each other, from the members in your region to other regions, to the contact center.

Upper management needs to stop creating a fake environment about how removery is all about inclusion and mental well being. This job is a joke when it comes to how simple it is to be treated as a human being. No respect. People that work under management only get by with their day by being a teachers pet and fake smiling to not get in trouble. So fake. Why cant a company truley be themselves and still be professional but not here. This place weakens our mental health, no one is advocating for others and to be a good person with good intentions and morals, this place needs to wake up and stop being high schoolers. Age does not matter and I just know very well that people are only there to people please and just get by. I feel bad for each and everyone that stays there for the money when in fact they are slowly evaporating into a really fake corporate world full of lies and betrayal. Anyways, they do indeed pay well, but money doesn't matter ESPECIALLY at this company. I also am not trying to be so rude. I am only telling you from my experience and I only will bring out the truth.
