Pros

Fulfilling, interesting work, fun and passionate culture! I have been able to double my starting salary in the three years I have been here through different opportunities and uncapped commission. Free removal has meant everything to me, I love talking to our clients and providing safe and effective services! No one does laser tattoo removal better than Removery!!

Cons

Locations are very understaffed and somewhat disorganized. Doing too much with too few staff members. The opportunities for career growth seem to have fizzled out past a certain point.

I have been working for Removery for almost a year now and I can genuinely say it is a great place to work between the organization, the people, the benefits, the competitive pay and continued growth opportunities they offer I would highly recommend working for Removery. Working here has given me so many opportunities and truly has been the best job I have ever had. I take pride in my career here and am grateful to be a part of the team.

Hourly is very high Potential to earn a commission

Cons

Changes within company policy are constant A typical 40hr work week but hours are not compatible with having kids or starting a family Leadership is out of touch Prices are absurdly high Changes in policy keep making the job harder, you are told to just deal with it
