Removery reviews

This is a company that does not value their employees. The negative reviews are all pretty consistent. The issues are systemic and company wide, not limited to a few upset employees. Communication of changes and studio support are very poor. Meetings upon meetings that achieve nothing and SHOULD be emails since they want to make a protocol change but don't memorialize anything in any searchable form. You are constantly told "its in the meeting". So you have to sit through the gossip to get to the snippet of information that is relevant. Recent changes to the bonus has taken around $25,000 out of annual paycheck. When I spoke up, I am told that I should be here to provide a service and help people and not worry about the money....WHAT!

Laser techs work very hard and the expectations never end. Unfair pay. Perform endless duties outside your role. Expect to work alone alot. Lack of physical support in studio. Poor work/life balance. No room for growth. Poor bonus opportunity. Burn out. Toxic environment if you dont vibe with the only other 1-2 team members.
