Pros

Clients are nice and it’s an interesting field to work in.

Cons

False promises. Company seems to care more about their image and their social media than the clients and actual work they do. No diversity.

Pros

Free tattoo removal is nice, base hourly is decent.

Cons

This company is heading in the wrong direction. For starters, the “weekly/monthly” bonuses are no longer part of their compensation structure. Employees were told that they would get an hourly raise to make up for the lost bonus income and the company offered less than a third of the lost income in hourly. Personally I’m in a smaller store and I lost ~$10,000 in yearly earnings. The laser technicians are worked incredibly hard, burn out is common, and management does not care. Leadership is out of touch with reality. Monthly “all hands “ meetings are held where they brag about company performance, and often times are just a chance for leadership to pat themselves on the back. Employees answered a company survey stating that they wanted less meetings, and they responded by doing even MORE meetings. Company is good for an hourly wage, that’s about it.
