Pros

The culture of Organizational Health was a foreign concept starting with this company but this concept is the strength and glue that forms and shapes the backbone of this company. This company is the most understanding, caring and supportive company I have ever worked for. The company has its clients and members at the heart of its focus but the company does not sacrifice the care of their employees in doing so. I would and I have recommended this company now and in the future to come.

Cons

This is not necessarily a con but the majority of the positions are remote. If self-promoting structure is not an attribute you possess, this company may not be the best fit for you.

Pros

Compensation, defined metrics for compensation increases, unmatched cost if you have to carry benefits for your entire family, room for growth and opportunity for development- especially if you raise your hand and share your interests, autonomy in work and little micromanaging when you're achieving your measures of success, great humans to work with.

Cons

Frequently changing priorities, which the organization has made significant efforts to address over the last several months. Remote environment can make it challenging to address tension between teams without being extremely deliberate about it.
