Renalogic's culture is something I've always wanted in my career. The company focuses on building upon your strengths, rather than focusing on your weaknesses. It's a company that is founded in trust and open dialogue, so there is no politicking, no red tape, no confusion. I'm empowered to be my true self, to engage in healthy conflict respectfully when needed, and to hold myself and my team members accountable for behavior that aligns with our company values and goals. So not only is this company making a positive impact on peoples' lives, but it also is having a positive impact on my personal development, self-awareness, and emotional intelligence. I truly could not have found a better place to work.
Cons
I'm not entirely sure this is a con, but this culture is not for everyone. The ability to have and encourage open dialogue and hold ourselves and each other accountable can be very stressful to some people.
