Pros

If you want to love your work and make an impact in the world of healthcare, work here. The people are great with very little turnover in 15 years. They offer the best benefits and great pay that I've seen in the industry for their employees and the culture is extremely positive. They are also growing exponentially and innovating their sect of healthcare.

Cons

Much of their workforce is national, because it has to be with the amount of travel and clients all over the US. Once you adapt to working remotely, or if you're located in their PHX office, it's a great environment.
