Cons

Charting system takes some getting used to- I believe they continue to make improvements to it regularly.

Pros

Renalogic is an incredible company that treats their employees and clients very well! They have a team dedicated to ensure employees are happy and have the tools necessary to do their job. There are many opportunities for growth and it is very encouraged from within.

Cons

I have not experienced any at this company.

Positive Environment, Supportive Culture

Pros

The company culture is both refreshing and seriously practiced. I truly do feel that my supervisor is invested in my success within the organization, and value the opportunity to share my ideas and run with them. My colleagues are supportive and honest, and the environment is competitive but not political- my teammates have gone out of their way to give my ideas credit on several occasions, something I have not experienced elsewhere. Salary is great for the healthcare industry and the amount of flexibility is a benefit in itself. Perfect company for someone who enjoys a variety of different day to day responsibilities and the ability to be creative.

Cons

Things are not black and white and there's still a lot of organization to be done and processes to clarify. Working remotely can be challenging if you're a very social person, or have difficulty organizing your priorities. You must make a thoughtful effort to communicate clearly in order to build or improve relationships with your colleagues that you don't see every day.
