Pros

The initial environment creates a pro sales driven environment with Good Pay.

Cons

Let me be clear - The CONS of the affiliate in Austin, Texas is not indicative of Renewal by Andersen nationwide. So- concerning RBA of Austin, If you want to work in any position that is associated with this affiliate and want to work in a toxic environment built on fear - This is your place! I have stayed in contact with people over the years that have worked here either as a contractor or full time employee and nothing has changed. Please do yourself a favor and make a decision about what makes you happy - If you want to make decent money and love the stress and fear of your job always being on the line and that you will never have a voice to help things be better - RBA of Austin is the place for you. What RBA of Austin taught me was how important the work environment really is. You can make money anywhere - but you should always work in a place that people treat you with respect.

Pros

Flexible schedule. Money potential is there, but taxes take most of it.

Cons

Have to use your own car with no allowance. They make you pay for your computer they give you to do the job. Leads are given but best leads go to best in sales. Product is extremely high priced and you are micromanaged to sell. Will have to budget because often times delays in processes keep you from getting paid. You are only paid half up front and taxed 40% and then paid the other half some times 18+ weeks later and taxed another 40% of each job you sell. Basically an high level pyramid scheme.

Pros

Work from home, leads are so old you don't have to worry about being hung up on bc most are disconnected landline or answering machine, customers that do call back usually are just calling to tell us to stop calling them 4 times a day or two ask for the parent company phone number . I'm definitely looking for better employment

Cons

Training is 3 weeks of a girl listening to herself talk, they preach empathy but show none to their employees, you will not get 40 hours week, bonus is unlikely bc the leads are old and recycled
