Pros

-Smart, incredibly hard working people who are constantly pushing to be the best versions of themselves -No egos!! The leadership team is incredibly accessible and always willing to get their hands "dirty" by doing some of the not-so-fun work. -Career advancement opportunities with attention to your personal and professional goals (coworkers have seen promotions in 6-8months!!) -Solid balance of work life balance with trust that you will get your work done! -Amazing product market fit with sales over-performing on goals constantly -Laid back environment always with an air of fun and humor but didn't fall into the stereotypical "work hard play hard" culture that is too focused on booze/pingpong

Cons

- Not much! - tight office space because the team is growing but I think moving offices soon

Thanks so much for such kind words and for sharing your positive experience with Reonomy! It's fantastic to hear you are surrounded by smart, hard working and tenacious colleagues. We aim to surround ourselves with people who leave their ego's at the door and who can embrace humor in their daily routine - it sounds like you're experiencing just that:) People who embrace the "not-so-fun" work are hard to come by, and we're ecstatic to hear our Reonomist's embody that mentality. Collaboration at it's finest! It's wonderful to hear you feel you have the opportunity to advance your career while maintaining a work/life balance. A healthy professional/personal life is important to , and it's great to hear valued folks like yourself feel they are capable of having the best of both worlds. Also, we're happy you mentioned the tight space (seeing as we're growing quickly!) We actually just moved to a new office space in Mid-town with plenty of space, it has two floors including the Penthouse. There is an incredible spiral staircase through the center of the office, a huge skylight where the teams sit, 360 views of the city and and exceptional amount of light (including beautiful rainbows + sunsets!) We even have a slack channel called "Views", dedicated to pictures the team captures of the city, Brooklyn and Long Island City from all angles. Thanks again for the feedback, we value your thoughts tremendously! The Reonomy Talent Team

Pros

- Clean Bathroom - Clean water to drink - Networking! It's great, sometimes I came into work not knowing if my colleague next to me will be there the next day, but management acts swift and is always great about replacing old colleagues with new ones. Love it!

Cons

- Toxic Culture (This starts from the top) - Zero Transparency - Disorganized (Not in a cool "startup" way) - Lack of trust between management and employees
