Pros

- Fantastic team and environment. Have fun together, take ownership of what we work on, learn from each other. Constantly impressed with everyone here. - Tough customers love our product because we make a difference in their lives - sales closes new clients on 1st calls - Clear vision for the company - Everyone knows that the company is going places - Working on a truly challenging product - Transparency. Everything is shared internally. - Strong leadership

Cons

Doing the best work of your careers means being challenged but that's also a good thing. Typical growth issues, company went from five people a little over a year ago to almost 30 today.

Pros

- Entrepreneurial group of people who are the best at what they do - Collaborative workplace - everyone is committed to putting the best product out there and doing what is needed to get it done - even if it doesn't fall neatly into their individual job description. - Strong vision supported by a well thought out plan to get it done

Cons

I haven't come across any real cons as yet! A lot is expected of you, so if you're not a person who necessarily appreciates being challenged, then it probably isn't the workplace for you.

- Great team, product fit and timing with industry demand - Reonomy is solving a real industry problem that professionals need - Company is growing so lots of opportunity to make an impact - Fun working environment and great office location - The intersection of CRE and Tech is not going anywhere anytime soon so a safe startup to join - Great VC backing and funding

Cons

- Normal startup growth pains - Still a long challenging road to go but an exciting one
