Only two flight attendants. Great working environment. Smaller aircraft.

Cons

No boarding pay. Long sits in between some flights.

Pros

The people on my team are all great. Benefits are good, especially the flight benefits. Good work-life balance, at least in corporate.

Cons

Doesn't appear to be much room for upward growth in the company. Individual growth/raises are early impossible to get, aside from the base increase each year.

Pros

Republic has one of the best payscales in the industry. They have minimal time on reserve and a good union to back the pilots group.

Cons

All of the flying is in the Northeast and makes for difficult weather conditions and long delays.
