Pros

Benefits with the Big Three (American, Delta, United) Domestic travel so you have the ability to go home the same day sometimes, a good job if this is your second career or you're just starting out on the work force.

Cons

Company tends to toss you around as a new hire, may not seem worth it depending on the base and living expenses when compared to what you make. You practically have to pick up trips all the time if you don't have a line.

Training has it's issues with a lack of standardization at times throughout training.
