      good aircraft, awesome coworkers and trainers. decent pay

      Cons

      management doesnt care about you, nor does the company. they constantly try to trick you into breaking the contract to help them but dont repay the favor. the union is horrifing as well, they are in bed with the company, and only look to make money and not help the people.

      Great Atmosphere, Great people, better travel. If you ever wanted to be a Flight Attendant this is the place to start. It will teach you the in and outs of the airline industry.

      Awesome flight benefits, Maintenance management treats employees with respect and dignity, 401K match is well above par, medical insurance is decent great professional coworkers that care about what they do.

      Cons

      Limited vacation time. The most you get is 3 weeks after 7 years; then no more. Maintenance pay needs to be evaluated to keep people from leaving
