      Pros

      This company is a great way to start off in aviation if you want something small and to get used to. Most of the crews you fly with are fun and easy to get along with. You don't go anywhere too far outside the US. And you definitely get a feel for what its like traveling 24/7 and kinda puts everything in perspective if you do decide this type of job is your speed.

      Cons

      a lot of overnights are short, so you don't get to explore that often sometimes.

      Pros

      Flexible schedule, flight benefits. Decent hotel accommodations, stay in various level hotels from LaQuinta's & no names, to Westin and Sheratons;. I've met lifelong friends

      Cons

      Technology of training is poor and outdated, base supervisors for Flight Attendants can be lacking and downright pointless depending on your base, pay is not even live-able until you reach one year and/or commit to working alot;

      Pros

      You get to travel regionally and pay bills. I didn't have many complaints mostly because I endeavor not to complain.

      Cons

      Corporate does not care much about the individual. Especially the flight attendant. They are expendable, so caveat employee. 90 % of the crewmembers are miserable, the company acts as if they are trying to change this, but it's questionable if they are. Corporate rarely knows the value of the individual because they basically never fly with them.
