      Pros

      Decent flight benefits that come with the job. Work with some good crews. You are your own boss essentially, on the airplane you have plenty of freedom to do your job both correctly and without too much stress.

      Cons

      This company is not the best if you can choose between airlines. They don't pay the best starting out. The contract isn't the best, and honestly no job security here. This has been my first career job and I hate to say that I simply feel like a number.

      Pros

      Its a great starter airline just to make sure flying is what you want to do and to get you use to the life of it. ummm...

      Cons

      This is not an airline to make your career out of in my opinion. This is a regional and most people who start at regionals eventually move on to mainline. This airline doesn't give you alot of sympathy on personal issues and needing time off and can treat you like you'really replaceable. Also the money is alot less than other companies. So again starting out its great, making a career with this company...No! Goodluck!
