      You'll get a line faster (set schedule ) than mainline You get benefits on all major airlines The crews are friendly One of the higher paying regional airlines If you wanna start as a flight attendant this would be the company to start off at

      Cons

      Pay isn't the best compare to others Sometimes it takes the union to get back with you Even tho we get flight benefits with all carriers unless it's on our plane our priority listing is at the bottom and can be difficult to get around sometimes. Our contracts have some holes

      None yet that I can think of.

      Cons

      Stuck in my base on "hot reserve" neaning sit at the airport waiting to get a call that doesn't come to tell me to go to work. While on hot reserve you get half pay. So between crash pad and Uber I have negative income. More then half the class that I graduated with have already quit.
