      The crew members are some of the best! We all know how bad this place is and don't want to make it any worse on each other.

      Cons

      Substandard pay and benefits. Upper management rule by fear and intimidation. They are running this airlines right into the ground.

      The crews are fun loving and by and large great to work with. The aircraft are mostly new and are a joy to fly

      Cons

      No trust in management. Under staffing is chronic and leeds to poor quality of life for flight crews. The company will keep loosing pilots util the 12 year old contract is upgraded.
