Pros

Friendly and Flexible. Wonderful peoples very nice to each other feeling like a family. Managers are willing to listen and help. CIO of the IT department is a great leader who promotes cutting-edge technology and positive forward-thinking. We replaced all of our core legacy systems into new technology applications. Check out our website > Why Choose Republic? “….Our average employee tenure is 14 years, with the majority of our employees having more than 20 years…..” some even 40 years ….This is a great place to work for!

Cons

May improve training/learning programs, available technology seminar opportunities.

Pros

Whole bunch of really nice coworkers in all departments, friendly and cooperative. Unusually few "bad apples." Pretty good paid leave vacation and sick time.

Cons

Kind of a medieval communication hierarchy. Upper management apparently has no idea what goes on out on the floor, doesn't care and doesn't want to hear about it.
