great people to work with.... Learned a lot... Great benifits and the best HR ever....

Cons

Worked there almost 14 years got fired for using the fax machine after hours.... But i did it probably over a hundred times over the years.... Felt like i was pushed out the door.. I loved my job and would love to have it back......

I do appreciate the further education that I was able to attain; workshops, conferences, etc. I am also thankful for the strong relationships that I made during my 5.5 years at the company. As you read my cons below, do not read them with the thought that I am an unhappy, jaded ex-employee, I did feel this way prior to my departure.

Cons

98% all white boys club. Ego-centric upper management and executives with their natural entitlement for their letters and numbers cars, covered parking and extravagant bonuses that prevent dedicated and extremely loyal worker-bees from any advancement in their career. Don't get me started when the board meeting is hosted at the corporate office; the long UN Summit line of black town cars with one board member per car and their very own chauffeur. Are you looking for a long standing career where you are celebrated for your amazing talents, education and experience? Are you looking for recognition for working long excruciating hours while receiving adequate compensation, work from home options and good benefits? Do not start here. Upper managements quote to the worker-bees: "Let them eat cake."

Pros

BU field operations and CRC phone agents work very hard to keep the business going, in spite of management mistakes.

Cons

Got in over their heads opening 3 Customer service centers with good ole boy promotions. Now paying millions to a Consulting firm to bail them out. Corporate staff gets 100%+ bonuses off the backs of field operations who get screwed out of their bonuses with unrealistic Op Income goals. CEO inherited company from Daddy, surrounded by sycophants.
