Pros

- Here’s what differentiates ResQ from most other tech companies: strong company values that the entire team embodies every single day (they’re not just slogans, we actually live them); compassionate, experienced, and highly skilled CEO and leadership team who are not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get into the trenches with you; a team of some of the smartest people you’ll meet who will go above and beyond to support the team and customers. - Working on a real problem to solve in the industry while building a platform for supply and demand is exciting and a huge opportunity to learn a lot. No matter what department you’re in, if you’re hungry to grow, you’ll have many opportunities to help set the path forward for the company and be part of the bigger story. - If you want to experience first hand how an entire company comes together and supports each other in the most uncertain and shakiest times, ResQ is the place to be. It's one thing to do well while the industry is on a healthy growth trajectory but it's a whole different beast when you not only learn to survive but thrive despite the jolt to the industry.

Cons

- Expect frequent changes in tactics, some priorities, and schedules when working at a fast-paced start up - it’s not a 9-5 job. Being nimble and able to adjust to changes fast is an advantage of a start up but that may not necessarily appeal to everyone.

Pros

ResQ has great values and culture and really believes in the mission of supporting restaurant operators. Everyone on the team is great to work with and supportive especially with the challenging times of covid. There is a huge opportunity on the sales as now more than ever restaurants need a partner like ResQ.

Cons

ResQ is a growing startup with lots of things to work on and priorities can switch quickly.
