Fantastic physicians, great specialists, specialized equipment.

Cons

Nurse staffing often outside recommended grid. Promised support staff often nonexistent. Mandatory union dues provide no benefits.

Work related injury was diagnosed and treated by the best physician and physical therapist in the region

Cons

Complications related to injury caused increased injury related issues. The director used the absences of work related injury to terminate my employment EVEN AFTER the corporate HR had been working with me to have “absences” removed from the point system RMC uses. Rather than fight with the incompetence and corrupt leaders in the local HR department, I took the walking papers and have been blessed to not be so stressed out with Nursing turnovers.
