Pros

-The brand is extended stay and you can really get to know your guests -Marriott Benefits -Ability to grow and advance within the industry

Cons

-Low pay starting off. It's not livable depending on your area. And not worth the amount of things you'll deal with -Inconsistent hours, it's hard to even get a chance to use your hotel benefits. -

Pros

The managers were very responsive and understanding, and obviously cared about their employees.

Cons

When I was working here, it was always understaffed, so if someone from housekeeping didn't show up I would have to work in the laundry room or clean rooms. We were only informed that we would have to pick up these shifts after already clocking in and it was extremely uncomfortable performing these duties while wearing the suit and loafers meant for working at the front desk. I worked there only when then hotel first opened so I imagine the staffing is better now.
