Pros

Remote position. It’s a nice change from being a commuter for many years previously. Awesome opportunities I’m extremely grateful to be given! Flexibility when needed. Very caring and understanding about family comes first especially during hard times/deaths. They are always making sure we have everything we need to have a smooth workflow and too be successful! Great management teams! Great teammates to work with!

Cons

Was a little overwhelming in the beginning but as long as you are willing to TRY to learn and keep learning, it’s worth it!

I work with the most brilliant marketers on the planet. Many people come from their own consulting businesses, so they have an incredible wealth of knowledge. Most employees are also remote so I get to meet and work with people all over the world. There's an energy and excitement to every group project. I learn new things every day. Management is incredibly encouraging. You're limited only by what you're willing to try.

Cons

If you like to take your time getting things done, this company may not be right for you. We work at lightning speed and we expect everyone else to keep up.

Very stressful, little to no work life balance, laughable benefits, low to average pay, no job security, no communication from the top down
