Pros

Team atmosphere, remote job, above average pay, team members are easily accessible, training materials at your fingertips, work computer given, direct deposit, ability to train in new segments of the business and advance to better roles.

Cons

growing pains any new business goes through, new business means lots of changes, pay increase doubtful, new business so job security is not super high, a bit disorganized, can be stressful.

Pros

Top to bottom, this is the smartest and most capable team I have worked with, and I've seen and worked with some top caliber teams. The organization is spread out globally but very focused. Lots of wins and great energy even when working thru challenges. CEO is a strong strategic leader and leadership team is very capable. Everyone is accessible and always supportive, but expects measurable results. The business is adding lots of talent. This is a fun leading edge company on the way to great things.

Cons

Communication can be unclear or contradictory and the business is still catching up to its rapid growth. Working in a distributed model has its advantages and its challenges. Some functions are really thin.
