- Work with really intelligent, and driven colleagues - Diversified workforce - Supportive environment - Fun and engaging culture - Great benefits and perks - Exciting work

Cons

Things move quickly here, so you need to make sure to keep up. While thats not a bad thing, it's important to note that this kind of environment may not be suited for someone looking for something more relaxed. Also, cross-departmental communication could use some improvement, but it seems like they're already addressing that.

You’ll only thrive if you’re a middle aged white man. For everyone else, no matter how hard you work, or how dedicated you are you won’t be recognized. This company expects you to work 24/7, and respond to slack no matter the day or time. True leadership and career development is none existent.

I met a few great people.

Cons

Management is terrible, 90% of the people that was there when I worked there only looked after themselves. One of those places I was nervous about going in and going to bed anxious.
