      You get to work from home, and that's really the only pro.

      The ability to work from home and that some of the people working there are really nice people.

      -Understaffing -Outsourcing to cut costs -Poor management higher up the chain -Poor structuring of departments -Poor or lacking compensation for workloads -Unrealistic work loads

      There are no pros. Well maybe it is remote

      Cons

      The management cares nothing about you and only reaches out to you if you make a mistake. They are not receptive to any feedback and will shun you for asking questions that go against the norm. The company will lay you off the moment their stock drops an iota only to keep their Ceo's Pockets fat. You are just a number and a voice lost in the Remote Ether

      Remote work and decent pay

      Cons

      - ZERO work life balance - constant turnover, both voluntarily and involuntarily with no backfills - people are constantly leaving and you’re expected to pick up their work plus your own leading to unrealistic performance expectations - unclear direction from leadership, if you ask for clarity or prioritization they give you vague responses - lack of company culture, you only show up to work and nothing else - “unlimited” PTO that isn’t used by most - subpar benefits
