Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate your acknowledgment of the flexibility to pick up extra shifts, but we’re deeply concerned to hear about the challenges you faced, particularly with management, training, and employee support. We want to address your concerns directly. First, we apologize if you felt pressured to pick up extra shifts. While we do offer the option to work additional hours, it’s important that this remains a choice and not a source of stress. We will review our practices to ensure that all staff feel comfortable managing their schedules without undue pressure. We’re also sorry to hear that you felt the training provided was insufficient and that you experienced a lack of concern from management and HR. Training and support are critical to our mission, and your feedback indicates that we have room for improvement. We are committed to revisiting our training programs and the ways in which we support and communicate with our employees. Your experience is not what we strive for, and we will work to address these issues so that future employees have a more positive experience. We appreciate your contributions during your time with us and hope that your feedback will help us grow as an organization. If you have any additional insights or would like to discuss your experience further, we encourage you to reach out. Thank you again for your feedback.

Rewarding to work with people who need support. We are innovative and try new things.

Cons

Like most places we could use more people. Hopefully that improves with increased starting wages.
