This company has no future. They are slowing beginning to dismantle (multiple site closures, layoffs, etc.). They have no business strategy, poor leadership, no commitment to Quality, and poor financials.

-Great benefits -Smart business idea -Well financed company -Business development team has had a lot of wins in such a short amount of time

Cons

-Micromanagement -Manager would constantly yell at me and didn't value my opinion -Constant messaging VIA slack on nights and weekends -Lots of issues with retention since many of the employees at the acquired sites would not want to adjust to the toxic Resilience culture -I constantly felt like crying, such an awful place

“More money than god - the next Amazon” but can’t deliver to their clients

New company and significant turnover at most levels will likely allow for solid career opportunities.

Cons

Management is absolutely out of touch, can’t deliver on current contracts, let alone improve technology and be a “tech company” like they want to. With Covid supply chain impact softening, their supposed niche is disappearing and they will just be a new sub-standard CMO.
