Pros

Pay and Benefits are fantastic. In addition, being forced to perform the jobs of multiple departments provides vast amounts of experience that can be used elsewhere.

Cons

Inexperienced and Unreliable Management / Toxic Behavior from Management / Short-Staffed / Overworked Employees / High Turnover Rate Employees are not cared about at all here. Ex-employees are not being replaced after departing from the company.

Great idea ruined by greedy incompetent leadership

Pros

There is real value proposition and the market need for a company like Resilience. There are a few smart and driven people that are trying to do the right thing.

Cons

Too many to list, very toxic environment - not a single leadership meeting without swearing, sexist remarks, blaming everyone around but never taking ownerhip. Execs are only interested (and very open about it) in holding onto their positions long enough to have their initial stock option grant vest and get out of here.

Not impressed

Pros

Interesting mission, rapid expansion means there are lots of opportunities for growth - theoretically.

Cons

Resilience somehow managed to make the toxic work environment at acquired Ology Bioservices even more toxic. Company is banking on making their mission and business model the driver for recruiting and retaining employees. OK, but you have to pay them, too. HR is out of control and doing real damage to the company’s progress by fostering a hostile culture of people blaming.
