- Very relaxed and awesome environment - Not metrics based, like other staffing agencies - Lots of company outings which makes for a close-knit team

Cons

- can be stressful and frustrating at times - Work long hours at times

Great Company and Staff

Pros

As a recent college grad I wanted to be part of a company where there is growth and opportunities. Resolution Tech gives me just that. It's a fast paced environment and each day I am challenged just enough to motivate me to be better and better at what I do. The training is excellent, my co-workers are fun and each day is different. Since I've been here there hasn't been a day where I haven't learned something new.

Cons

It can be a stressful environment and challenging but the team here is great and everyone helps one another when things get tough. This job isn't always easy but it's very rewarding.

Fast-paced environment with opportunities for advancement

Pros

I love that the environment is fast-paced. Everyday is different, which is great because you are constantly learning new things and interacting with different types of technology professionals. Another huge plus is the opportunity for growth and advancement. It's incredibly fulfilling to know that upper management listens to what you are looking for in your career and will do everything they can to make it happen.

Cons

The staffing industry is very unpredictable because of the "human factor". Unlike most sales jobs, we aren't selling a tangible product. We sell opportunity. Because of this, there are a lot of underlying factors and unforeseen obstacles that you have to maneuver. It can be incredibly stressful and overwhelming at times.
