Pros

The salary is great, and the laptops and mobiles you'll work from are top notch

Cons

Company does not trust employees and so attempts to measure performance based on things like lines of code. Forces developers to do code tests and takes them away from projects if they don't get a particular grade. No sick pay in first 6 months. Dubious attitude on making people come into the office during Coronavirus. Many of the good people are so disenchanted with the organisation that they have disengaged for their own sanity, but are not able to leave because the financial remuneration is so good. The atmosphere is generally one of frustration. It was a horrible place to work.

Pros

Best IT facility , Human Resource Team.

Cons

Structure of the company is dis-organised. Everyone can do any job culture. Inexperienced staff are promoted to take up higher role and manage experienced staff. No career opportunities with in the company and biased on the attitude of the employee rather on the talents. Most of work is related to IECC product of Delta Rail. Many experienced staff resigned and working with other companies mainly because their views were ignored and unheard. Contractors are treated better . New recruits are given utmost importance and slowly ignored.

Pros

Some people are nice in the company. However the company in general is full of introverts which makes it hard bond with them and communicate with them. Select few teams are approachable, however the rest do their thing and go. Again, from a communicational perspective this makes the job more difficult.

Cons

Significantly high turnover in staff which causes an unstable environment. Management not really approachable

We appreciate your candid feedback about communication and approachability. We want to respectfully note that our turnover data doesn't reflect the "high turnover" characterisation, That said, your points about communication barriers and management accessibility are feedback we take seriously and are actively working on
