Dictorial, ruthless, inexperienced, plagiaristic, sycophantic management that should never have been allowed to buy this company.

Reasonable working hours and the pay is ok for the region

Cons

Poorly managed and the senior leadership is not approachable. Silos of unconnected people and a lot of people lack motivation internally due to how badly the company is run. There are a few voices of reason but they are few and far between. It's like an overgrown startup that should be a much better and more organised company by now.
