Most employees and managers are amazing. The tech team is fast and efficient. Great benefits
Cons
Zero communication across programs and management teams. Unachievable and broad goals. They will unload four peoples worth of work onto you and expect zero mistakes. You will be micromanaged down to the minute. Women make less than the men, regardless or workload. I won the 2025 jack of all trades award for how much work I had placed on me for a dollar less than someone who did two programs and was continously told I can't ask for a raise "yet" and people on the team were given write ups for discussing pay.
