OK for temp labor

Pros

Sometimes 40 hours a week, okay pay for little to no labor experience, and most of the safety equipment is provided at the job sites.

Cons

The biggest issue with being a laborer at this company was trying to secure consistent employment. Other issues were that other employees at the company were unreliable, sometimes not showing up to work. As a laborer it seemed like there were few career opportunities.

Pros

Ok base salary and split commission in construction division

Cons

More worried about number of dials and messages instead of speaking to quality candidates. Calling construction candidates promising jobs that will never come to fruition. Do not respect the laborers who work for the company. Don’t think the candidates are worth what they are asking for in pay. Managers are shady clique driven.

Pros

To date I have nothing but good things to say about ROI and the professional development it has offered me. While I have felt stagnant in previous roles, since joining ROI I have continually been able to take on new responsibilities and find myself wearing many different hats (recruiting, managing candidates, sales). Not only does your ability to take on more responsibility do well for the company but also provides the opportunity to gain a wide range of transferable skills if that were your ultimate goal.

Cons

Like most jobs, the first month or so can be challenging getting acclimated to the function of the job, software used, and industry. I think the nature of construction/recruiting industry combined demands a particular DNA to be successful. A hunger to succeed and a want to continually learn will take you far at ROI.
