      Fun Events. Great Leadership. Good food for guests.

      Cons

      Events can be strenuous. It can be long before breaks are given for certain events (rare). No bonus or anything for going above and beyond. Tips are not allowed.

We do recognize that working catering events take a special person to deliver on the RA hospitality promise with our premier clients. Did you know that in response to Covid & Safety training, our new software is assisting our managers scheduling your breaks? And yes, these roles are non-tipped, our staff hourly rates are above minimum wage and above our competitors.
